You can delete your HoroscopeGPT account and everything linked to it — birth charts, family profiles, conversations and sign-in details — at any time.
Request deletion
- Email support@horoscopegpt.org with the subject "Delete my account", from the email address you sign in with.
- We confirm the request and delete your data from active systems within 30 days.
Signed in with Facebook or Google?
Deleting your HoroscopeGPT account removes the name, email and profile picture we received from Facebook or Google. You can also remove HoroscopeGPT's access from your Facebook settings (Settings & privacy → Apps and websites) or your Google account (Security → Third-party apps with account access).
Used it without an account?
Clear your browser's site data for horoscopegpt.org to remove the anonymous identifier. To delete the charts and chats stored with it, email us and we'll help.
