What we collect
- Birth details you enter — name, date, time and place of birth, for you and any family members you add. We use them only to calculate charts and answer your questions.
- Your conversations — the questions you ask and the answers given, so you can return to them.
- Account details — your email address, and if you sign in with Google or Facebook, your name, email and profile picture from that service. We never receive your Google or Facebook password.
- Basic usage data — pages visited and the number of chats used, to run the free tier and improve the service.
- Payment details — handled entirely by our payment processor (Stripe). We never see or store your card number.
How we use it
- To calculate your chart and generate readings. Your question and the relevant chart data are sent to our AI provider to write the answer; they are not used by us to train AI models.
- To send sign-in codes and essential account emails (via our email provider, Resend).
- To prevent abuse and keep the service secure.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not show third-party advertising based on your data.
Anonymous use
If you chat without an account, your data is linked to a random identifier stored in your browser. If you later create an account, those charts and chats move into it.
How long we keep it
We keep your account data until you delete your account. Deleted accounts are removed from active systems within 30 days.
